principles of democracy

fundamental worth:
all citizens of mujanica will be treated equally. there will be absolutely no racism.

equality of all:
everyone will have a right to say what they feel will help to improve this nation.(e.g. voting)

majority rule:
this concept does not entirely apply in this country. we will vote for what we feel is best for our country, but the final descion will be made by the ruler and their advisors.

necessity of compromise:
compromise is neccessary, but not for everything. we will do our best to find the happy medium by voting etc.

individual freedoms:
one has the right to make life better for themselves. this will only be prohibited of this violates one of the laws.

responsibility of powers for this government

popular sovereignty-
this nation, murjanica, is an autocratic monachy currently under rule by me.

justice-
people are getting the government that they deserve. the laws will be changed according to how the people of this country behave to the laws already put into place.

domestic tranquility-
people are to fight their own battles on a minor scale. any argument that has to do with murder, rape, buglary, etc. must be taken to theFederal Court of Murjanica.

provide for the comon defense-
in this country you will be protected from harm or threat of any other country. living in this country one will always feel a great sense of protection because there will be no tolerence for crimes including buglary, rape, murder, or physical violence of any sort.

promote the general welfare-
there will be law enforcement. we will have an army, navy, police, and courts. there will great amounts of protection for the people of Murjanica.

ensure blessings to our selves-
your freedom cannot be taken away from you unless is some rare cases you are put in jail in which case the government has control of your freedoms. your freedom will be greanted back to you over time once i, your ruler or any person i have appointed to make such a descision, feels you are once again responsible to handle such freedoms.

protect blessings to our posterity-
your children are guaranteed their freedom unless they do something to prove themselves incapable of handling freedoms that they were granted orginally. if some freedoms are lost they may regain them by proving themselves responsible to handle those freedoms once again.
